Telemedicine Policy

A Telemedicine Evaluation/Consultation includes our veterinarian’s evaluation of client-submitted images, videos, or messages related to a medical concern, along with any necessary follow-up communication. This service includes up to 10 minutes of the veterinarian’s time. If additional time is required beyond the initial 10 minutes, it will be billed in 5-minute increments.

Payment for this service is collected in advance of the evaluation.
