We’re excited to welcome you and your pet to the Animal Care Clinic for your upcoming appointment! To help us prepare for your visit, please complete the following steps:
1. Appointment Reservation Fee: For new clients, we do require a $25 non-refundable appointment reservation fee be paid immediately upon booking to secure your appointment. If you have not already paid this fee, you can pay it here. The $25 will be credited towards the overall balance upon the appointment’s conclusion.
2. Submit Veterinary Records: Please upload your pet’s veterinary records here. If you don’t have them on hand, fill out our form with the name and phone number of your previous veterinary clinic and we’ll call them to request records.
3. Complete Our New Client Form: Complete our new client form to provide us with essential information before your visit.
4. Complete A Pre-Visit Survey: Fill out a brief pre-visit patient survey. This will help us better understand your pet’s health and any concerns you may have.
5. Explore our Preventive Care Plans: Plans include essential components your pet routinely needs, such as vaccines to protect against common preventable diseases, thorough physical exams, and proactive wellness lab profiles to screen for emerging health issues. They also include free exams for medical issues and a discount on most services and products for the duration of the plan.
6. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving on time ensures our team has time to properly evaluate your pet, address your concerns, and provide the high-quality care your pet deserves. Timely arrivals also help us stay on schedule and provide the same level of attention to all our patients throughout the day. Please review our cancellation policy.

By detecting conditions early on, we can manage or cure them before they become painful or more costly.
Therefore, most of our patients are on a Preventive Care Plan. Our Plans are designed to easily promote the health and longevity of your pet. Our Plans include essential components your pet routinely needs, such as vaccines to protect against common preventable diseases, thorough physical exams, and proactive wellness lab profiles to screen for conditions common in our region as well as emerging health issues related to aging or other factors.
As a membership perk, your pet will also receive free exams for medical issues and a discount on most services and products outside of the Plan for the duration of the Plan.
