We want your appointment to be as smooth and low-stress as possible. Here are a few simple steps you can take to help us give your pet the very best care:

  1. Share what’s on your mind: Fill out a short Pre-Visit Patient Survey to let us know about your pet’s health, habits, and any concerns you’d like us to address.
  2. Check if any lab work is due: If your pet is scheduled for lab work, please follow the instructions provided. This helps us get accurate results and saves time during your visit. To view what your pet is due for, log in to your pet portal.
  3. Review Preventive Care Plans: If your pet isn’t already on a Preventive Care Plan, consider pre-enrolling. These plans bundle wellness exams, vaccines, and proactive screening lab work into one easy package, including free medical exams and discounts for a full year. A monthly payment option is also available for added convenience.
  4. Support your pet’s comfort: If any pre-visit medications have been recommended—such as anti-anxiety medication, Benadryl, or something to prevent nausea during travel—please give them as directed so your pet can feel more at ease.

Plans include essential components your pet comes due for such as vaccines to protect against common preventable infectious diseases, thorough physical exams, and proactive wellness lab profiles to screen for emerging health issues.

As a membership perk, your pet will also receive free exams for medical issues and a discount on most services and products outside of the Plan for one year.
