To help us provide the most thorough care and make the best use of your time, please complete the following steps before your pet’s visit:

    1. Pre-visit Patient Survey: Fill out a brief pre-visit patient survey. This will help us better understand your pet’s health and any concerns you may have.
    2. Follow our lab testing instructions: If your pet is due for lab work, please follow our lab testing instructions. To see what your pet is due for, click here.
    3. Explore our Preventive Care Plans: If your pet is not already enrolled, explore our Preventive Care Plans. They include the wellness exam, vaccines, and lab testing your pet is likely due for as well as free exams for medical issues and a discount on most services and products for the duration of the plan.
    4. Give pre-visit medications: Please remember to give any recommended pre-visit comfort medications to help ensure a more relaxed visit.

Therefore, most of our patients are on a Preventive Care Plan. Our Plans are designed to easily promote the health and longevity of your pet. Plans include essential components your pet comes due for such as vaccines to protect against common preventable infectious diseases, thorough physical exams, and proactive wellness lab profiles to screen for emerging health issues.

As a membership perk, your pet will also receive free exams for medical issues and a discount on most services and products outside of the Plan for the duration of the Plan.
