- Appointment Reservation Fee: To reserve your appointment time, we require a $25 non-refundable reservation fee for new clients. This fee will be credited toward your visit total at the end of your appointment. If you haven’t yet paid the fee, you can take care of it here.
- Share Your Pet’s Records: Please upload your pet’s previous veterinary records here. Don’t have them handy? No problem — just complete the short form with your previous clinic’s name and phone number, and we’ll request the records for you.
- Complete Our New Client Form: Fill out our new client form so we can get to know you and your pet before your appointment.
- Explore Our Preventive Care Plans: Consider pre-enrolling your pet in a Preventive Care Plan designed to keep your pet healthy year-round. Each plan includes vaccines, comprehensive physical exams, and proactive wellness lab profiles — plus free medical exams and a discount on most services and products for a full year.
- Complete a Pre-Visit Survey: A quick pre-visit survey helps us understand your pet’s health and any specific concerns you’d like to discuss.
- Arrive on Time: Timely arrivals allow our team to provide your pet with the thorough, personalized care they deserve — and help us stay on schedule for all patients throughout the day. Please review our cancellation policy for more details.
